Placing an Order
To place an order on Truffes.com, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.Truffes.com. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Charges
We ship USPS and FEDEX insured and offer 11 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping options and prices depend on your delivery address and are available at the time of order in the Cart and Checkout process.
Orders Outside the Contiguous United States
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. Please email us (info@Truffes.com) for prices for these shipments. You will be quoted a price for expedited service, which will depend on the country of destination. You are the importer of record, and are responsible for duties, fees and taxes due to the country of destination. By placing your order, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations in effect in the country where the shipment is received.
Delivery Time
We use reasonable efforts to ship all orders within five to ten business days from when you place your order.
If you would like to request a rush order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@Truffes.com. We will attempt to accommodate you. If an item is not available for rush delivery, we’ll let you know promptly. Truffes.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment.
Order Tracking
Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail receipt with your order information. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow the specified time frame next to the product description for the arrival of your order.
Methods of Payment
Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To process via PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal for payment, once your order is placed. You do not need a PayPal account to process a transaction. We frequently work with customers on private commissions for weddings, birthdays and other special occasions. We also work with companies for companies gifts. Please contact us at info@Truffes.com for all your special orders and we will be happy to provide you with our advices and with quotations.
Product Care
Care instructions are provided for each Truffes.com product via the individual product landing page that is available during the online shopping process. Please consult these instructions prior to making a purchase for optimal care of your Truffes.com product.
Guarantee
We fully guarantee our products. We value your business and will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be sealed in original packaging and in new condition.
Orders Not Fulfilled
We keep an up to date stock but occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have in stock an item that you’ve ordered, we will contact you within 48 hours to see if you would like a substitution or just a cancellation.
