Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that your payment will be processed through PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

What is the cost of shipping?
We ship USPS and FEDEX insured and offer 11 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping options and prices depend on your delivery address and are available at the time of order in the Cart and Checkout process.

Will you deliver to me if I live outside of the contiguous United States?
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. Please email us (info@Truffes.com) for prices for these shipments. You will be quoted a price for expedited service, which will depend on the country of destination. You are the importer of record, and are responsible for duties, fees and taxes due to the country of destination. By placing your order, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations in effect in the country where the shipment is received.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We use reasonable efforts to ship all orders within two to three business days from when you place your order. If you would like to request a rush order, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@Truffes.com. We will attempt to accommodate you. If an item is not available for rush delivery, we’ll let you know promptly. Truffes.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment.

How do I track my order?
Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail receipt with your order information. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow the specified time frame next to the product description for the arrival of your order.

How can I pay for my order?
Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted on the PayPal secure site. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To process payment via PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal for payment, once your order is placed. You do not need a PayPal account to process a transaction. Please ensure that payments are made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made. In order to provide your guests with the full culinary experience that a truffle can offer, we recommend using 12 g (0.45 oz) of French Black Winter Truffles per person in your recipe. Of course, this quantity may vary depending on the recipe you are preparing,
